Hi! I’m Katherine and I’ve been in leadership roles at charities and non-profits for over 20 years. I’ve been in paid, voluntary, trustee and advisory roles, with a variety of different organisations from tiny to the enormous. I’ve seen the same challenges coming up over and over. And that’s why I started this blog and my YouTube Channel.
